On October 15, 2026 Tesla finally unveiled the new Roadster near Waco, Texas. It uses SpaceX cold-gas thrusters to spin, lift over other cars and land again, with production planned for 2028. The first roadster, the red one launched into space in 2018, is still circling the Sun and has never touched Mars.
